Winterbourne United Football Club wish to introduce ‘the united club’

We are on the threshold of some very exciting times here with both the prospect of moving to a new ground and the undeniable chance of winning promotion to the Hellenic League Premier Division come May.

The committee are busy working behind the scenes trying to think of ways to stay ahead of the game. This is why we would like to introduce this fund raising scheme. The ‘united club’ differs slightly from what we have ongoing as it not only brings vital funds into the club all year round but also offers you the chance to win a couple of bob too. The ‘united club’ will be open to everyone and if it is successful it will stand us in good stead for the good times ahead.

Numbers: £10.00 per calendar month

For ease of collection the club would appreciate being able to collect the monthly £10.00 by setting up a standing order, this can be cancelled at any time.

11 No. Monthly draws: 1st Prize £ 25.00, 2nd Prize £ 15.00, 3rd Prize £ 10.00

1 No. Annual draw: 1st Prize £250.00, 2nd Prize £150.00, 3rd Prize £100.00

The club is attempting to promote the notion of being together and building together for the future, hence the name ‘the united club’.

Many of you have been here for years and we hope you will be for many more years to come. The introduction of the junior sides brings new faces to the club. The parents, whom we also hope will be here for the duration, can help support the club together with their sons or daughters by signing up to the ‘the united club’.
